I was happy they were able to get my starter replaced quickly without any hassle but half of the reason I take my vehicles to certified dealerships is because they usually go the extra mile. I asked that the oil change sticker be checked and it wasn’t. I was actually 500 miles over so I will need to go back in for service immediately.. frustrating. I also received my vehicle back with all the tires at a very low pressure, visibly obvious. More
