Extremely satisfying. I made a good choice buying there. I shopped around a 50 mile radius looking for a certified 4runner and found one that fit my criteria at Rivera. It was a little more money than some o I shopped around a 50 mile radius looking for a certified 4runner and found one that fit my criteria at Rivera. It was a little more money than some of the other comparable cars I had seen, but I was impressed by the laid back sales approach and the honesty that the salesman Aldo seemed to convey. After I bought the car, I noticed a smell when I turned on the defroster that to me was offensive. The used car manager, Jeff, had me bring the car back and gave me a loaner while they had the ducts cleaned and the cabin filter changed. While the smell did get better, it never completely went away and I expressed to him and Liam that I still wasn't happy. Ultimately they took the car back and put all the money I had spent on the certified car towards the purchase of a new one. Lenny made all the paperwork painless and did not heavily pressure me to buy the extended warranty and extras that other dealers I have dealt with in the past have tried to shove down my throat. The whole bunch including the nice lady who sits at the entrance to the showroom made this buying experience by far the best one in my 38 years of driving. Just a nice group if people. And then to make things even better, I brought my Tundra in to the service department and switched it with the 4 runner that was completed so I could have a recall on the truck handled. While it was there they performed a thorough inspection of the truck and gave me a list of recommended service items of which I had them do a few. When I dropped off the truck I was a little embarrassed because the truck was filthy inside and out. When I got in the truck and drove away, I realized that they actually cleaned the interior. Wow! More

Great Dealership! I highly recommend them! They never pressured me or gave me that "sales" pitch. I felt like they were straight up and honest. Then a few months later, they followed up with me and told me of their current sale and they made it work for me so that I can afford it! Jerry, the salesman who helped me, was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me out the day I picked up the new car. My old car still had the remote starter installed (from a 3rd party) and so he brought that car to the place where I bought it from and had them uninstall it for me. And those guys will hold onto the remote starter for me and will reinstall it onto my new car! Again, they went above and beyond to help me out and I so appreciated that! More

Great experience! I just recently purchased a car on my own for the first time. I expressed to Angelo that I wanted something safe in the snow, as I commute to the Bron I just recently purchased a car on my own for the first time. I expressed to Angelo that I wanted something safe in the snow, as I commute to the Bronx for work daily. He right away suggested the RAV4 and set me up with Kelly to begin the purchasing process. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. After test driving the RAV4 I felt confident that this was the car for me!
