There was no pressure, only expert advice and helpfulness. They made the entire process so easy and Alan Nadler helped me by explaining the financing. After my decision to purchase, my car was ready to pick up within two days. All the proper insurance was placed, the registration was done. I did not have to do anything but jump in the driver seat and drive happily to my house where I parked my adorable new red Toyota Corolla!! Thank you to all the staff at Rivera Toyota you are the best. I am a life-long Toyota owner. My first car was a Toyota and I purchased three more Toyota cars after that. I bought a used vehicle for my son I had a fantastic experience at Rivera Toyota! I had the pleasure of working with Rob Scalere Jr as my sales rep. I bought a used vehicle for my son, and he was very thoughtful when it came to our needs, It was as if he was finding a vehicle for his own son/daughter. Safety was my first priority, then came gas mileage. Rob was instrumental in helping us decide on a Rav 4. There was no haggling, or negotiating back and forth. Just a fair price on a great vehicle. This will be the beginning of a long relationship with this dealership and this sales person. I HIGHLY recommend them. More
