Not only did Genise answer every question I had but she patiently helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for in terms of durability, style, practicality and financing. Although everyone there made me feel so comfortable especially after I encountered some difficulty of my own and had to be there for quite some time. Even the owner himself Kenny and the managers did everything they could to help me and treated me like family. I will forever be grateful to the amazing experience I received here and would recommend any new and experience car owners to come here! More

Great car buying experience we had been considering the purchase of a new car and came in just to see what our options were. She took us through the process in a very calm and unhurried fashion,such a pleasure to deal with this salesperson. To complete our transaction we met with Finance Manager Alan Nadler who proved to be very helpful with all the Extended warranty info and many, many papers that needed to be completed. The GM Liam Tully was a pleasure to talk to and to do business with. Sales Consultant Stephane Andrade was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car and took an interest in us every step of the way. As a matter of fact, we had forgotten our cell phone the day we picked up the car. She explained the operation of the interior package, then she waited for us to retrieve our cellphone, so she could set up the Bluetooth and explain how it functioned. At closing, the day we picked up the car, Alan Nadler had all the forms filled out and waiting. He explained all the extra protections you could obtain on the car, but did not pressure us to buy any. Customer Focused! I had leased a 2013 Highlander 3 years ago and knew that I wanted to keep the car, as my daughter is about to get her license. I also knew that I wou I had leased a 2013 Highlander 3 years ago and knew that I wanted to keep the car, as my daughter is about to get her license. I also knew that I would need a second car shortly. George and I discussed financing the Highlander but I wanted to keep costs down, knowing I needed another car. George very constructively suggested that I lease back the same car - which is great, since I love that Highlander and had put only 31k miles on it over 3 years. Once we locked that in, we began discussing a second car and I focused on another Highlander (2016). I signed a lease and drove away and realized very quickly that I had made a huge mistake! The new Highlander (a beautiful car, no doubt) was WAY more car than I need for a second vehicle. I called the dealership the next morning and was promised by Angelo and Jerry that they would find a way to put me in the right car. And so I went back and switched to a RAV4. Everyone involved -George, Liam, Angelo, Jerry, Lenny, and Alan were great about it! I didn't feel for a second that I was an inconvenience or a painful customer. The dealership lent me a car to use for the days between returning the 2016 Highlander and picking up the Rav4 and even picked me up from the train station the evening I picked up the 2013 Highlander. Simply amazing customer service! More
