TBD my final response. 6/7/23 - UPDATE: The Dealership went through significant TIME and EXPENSE to correct a sizable error made by the Salesperson. Not understanding my needs and wants, despite ordering a car more than a half-year in advance, I was told a car very similar to my order had come in. On the coldest day of the year, without getting to see the car, or options package, he put me in what I can only call the wrong version of the Rav4 Prime. As I stated, the Dealership and Sales Management team was extremely upset and concerned about my happiness as a customer, and did everything in their power to correct as many missing options as possible. Mistakes happen. They don't often cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to fix. In this case, it did and I appreciate the management team's efforts. I was told that they would do some re-training of the Salesman to help him how better to know his customers, their needs and wants, and not to be as condescending. Thank you Liam and Kelly! More
