quick repair Kevin Feldman took my call and ordered a replacement sun visor. His quote of $130 was accurate and the repair was made while I waited a few days later. Process was efficient and Kevin was helpful and professional. Only downside is that repair took an hour instead of the estimated 30 minutes. While not under Rivera Toyota's control, I think Toyota should have extended the free replacement for the life of the vehicle since this is a known flaw in their equipment. More

I always get excellent service when I go to Rivera Toyota. I came in for my 20,000 mile checkup and an oll change. I went to the express service. Within an hour, I was finished. My service advisor was Jose Azize. He couldn't have been nicer. He told me that my car was in great shape, and I told him that the express service was a time-saving option.. I have been to Rivera Service since I bought my car, and every time I go, the entire staff is always professional, competent, and friendly, going the extra mile for their customers. Kevin Feldman was also very helpful the last time I was there,, helping me with my insurance claim. More

I Shopped Them All Then Found My Home @ Rivera Toyota I commute over 150 miles per day and needed a high MPG hybrid without sacrificing comfort and luxury; enter the re-designed 2016 Toyota Prius. As the I commute over 150 miles per day and needed a high MPG hybrid without sacrificing comfort and luxury; enter the re-designed 2016 Toyota Prius. As the year was coming to a close I knew finding a 2016 Prius to my specs would be a challenge; very few Four Touring models with Premium Convenience Package available in the tri-state area. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Searched Autotrader and found a few at my price point and contacted the dealerships. All of which gave me the run-around or the impression that they were doing me a favor. The back-and-forth grew tired over many days and finally I reached out to my local dealership as I didn't want to deal with the hassle any longer (the dealerships I was working with prior were in both NJ and PA). I didn't reach out to Rivera Toyota at first because they did not have my ideal car in stock and thought it would be easier dealing with another who did...was I ever wrong. I reached out and almost immediately got a call back from George Paonessa with whom I shared the story and my car needs. Long story short, within 24 hours George had located my desired vehicle, provided me a very aggressive price and had my car at the dealership ready for purchase/pickup within 36 hours. Finance Manager Alan Nadler was thorough, yet concise, with packages/warranties/options and I walked away 100% comfortable and confident with my vehicle and dealership decision. I should note that when my wife and I were signing the purchase papers, the dealership provided my 4-year old son a coloring book and crayons to keep him entertained during the process...they really have thought of everything! I've bought a lot of cars and worked with a lot of sales/finance staff and can honestly say George and Alan are at the top of the list. Anybody in the market for a Toyota needs not look any further than Rivera. Congratulations to the team at Rivera Toyota and thank you for such an enjoyable experience! More
