I never felt duped, they didn't give me the run around; and they offered water and coffee as soon as I walked in. Cynthia M Rojas went above and beyond her call of duty to help me with my insurance issue. She was not annoyed with all my repetitive questions. She's understanding, and held my hand through my journey of getting to the next step. Alan Nadler and Liam supported me and helped me get a great deal. My dad loves Cynthia's costumer service so much, he will travel all the way from Far Rockaway Queens just to get a car from her, and my dad doesn't like people in general. I'd like to come by to get my car serviced here just because they took care of me that much; I don't mind making the 1.5 hour trip! More

Rivera Toyota made it possible for me to get a 2017 Rav 4 with Navigation. It started with the Service Advisor, Kevin Feldman when I was there for service, asking me if I was thinking of trading in my Hyla with Navigation. It started with the Service Advisor, Kevin Feldman when I was there for service, asking me if I was thinking of trading in my Hylander and suggesting I get in touch with Robert Boyle. I had checked with a few of the Toyota dealers in my area, but none compared to the persistence of my sales consultant, Robert H. Boyle, who had worked with me to get me into the car I wanted most. Not only did the dealer, Robert Boyle, help me get the car I wanted, but the Financial person sat with me for a good long time and had the patience to go through the questions I had about Gap Insurance, Warranties, Credit Card, etc. Everyone there was so welcoming from the person at the front desk to anyone that I came across. Anytime I called the person on the phone always made sure my questions were answered. You can be sure that whoever I speak to I will be sure to mention Rivera Toyota and the people who made it happen. Thanks again! More

Why would you get your car serviced anywhere else? I brought my Prius to Rivera Toyota on Saturday for a general check over and to look at my engine light. My Service writer Don was very courteous and I brought my Prius to Rivera Toyota on Saturday for a general check over and to look at my engine light. My Service writer Don was very courteous and helpful. He had the car looked at within a few minutes. The service tech Richie ( I learned later on that he has over 20 years of Toyota experience and is a Toyota master tech ) informed me that my car had a few error codes and needed an updated computer flash. I thought to myself that this sounds expensive and I should brace for the price. Rich explained that it is covered under warranty and I should be ready to go in a few minutes. He also pointed out that my rear brakes were almost "metal to metal". He took me to the car and showed me the brakes since I was sceptical since I hadn't had a problem. He also showed me my front bald tires. If I hadn't gone to Rivera Toyota I probably would have had an accident due to such severe deficiencies. Not only was the price of repair reasonable(I called my local tire center and Rivera was actually less money) but I was given a FREE rental so I wouldn't have to wait in the lounge drinking complimentary coffee. My car was also washed and vacuumed. Rich also asked if there were any other questions or concerns I had and if any came up after leaving Rivera that I could call or stop by anytime. Extremely satisfied with the quality of service and impressed with the price of repair from a dealer. Why would you get your Toyota serviced anywhere else? More
