I was unsure of which model I was interested in and literally was in and out of the dealership many times over months. Each and every time I met with George he was patient, knowledgeable and very courteous. I never felt like he was giving me a sales pitch rather I felt he was confident in his Toyota products and respectful of my time in deciding. The day I was to pick up my new Highlander my trade-in vehicle was in an accident and thought this was going to be a deal breaker with Toyota. It was the opposite. They made what could have been an awful experience rather tolerable , were very fair in negotiating the repair of my trade-in vehicle and the deal went through with Toyota. They took my car that had just been in an accident and I was able to drive out that day with my new Highlander!!! I highly recommend Rivera Toyota and George Paonessa the sales consultant. He is excellent at what he does and genuinely a nice man! More

Ronald Odegaard was my service advisor and took my car right in and had Chris the technician diagnose the issue. My car needed a new battery. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly and attentive receptionist, and not the usual aggressive salesman. We specified to her what we were looking for and she got someone to assist us with our specific needs. She directed to George Paonessa, and we could not of been happier she did so. With all the countless cars, trucks and construction equipment I've bought over the last fifty plus years, I've never been more impressed or more at ease with a salesmen of any kind. George had Plethora of sales and financing knowledge which made me instantly comfortable with him. He never pushed us or tried to over sell us once. He simply guided us with our decision with his experience and advice. He was professional, helpful and respectful through the entire process. After hitting one very small snag by not receiving the financing rate we hoped for Angelo Formisano swooped in and got us the financing % we needed to make this happen at a more affordable monthly payment. And if that wasn't enough, he also stepped in and helped increase the value of our trade in. I was so impressed with their service I took my daughter down and got her a new car a week later. I love the fact that the team at Rivera Toyota made this so effortless. I'd really like to thank George, Angelo, Little Mo and both Lenny and Alan in finance. I hate to, but I must admit, this is one Boston Red Sox who will never shop anywhere else but this New York Yankees dealership. More
