I know some Toyota service centers that don't care about customer relationships and only care about squeezing the most money out of everyone who walks through their doors. I feel Rivera honestly wants to win your trust and would genuinely like to make you a return customer. I have been taking my 3 Toyota vehicles to this service center for a long time and I like that the service advisors at the desk have remained the same for many years. That suggests that Rivera Toyota is doing something right. I can't imagine going anywhere else. On top of everything else the manager John Hunt is an upstanding guy who tries to do right by every customer. More

Worked so seldom I had given up and stopped using the back!!! He thoroughly checked it out for me, got a mechanic with a code reader and sure enough, the hydraulic piston needed replacement, he set it up for next day with a loaner too! Thank you for believing this crazy woman and fixing the problem at last! More

They took me in, assessed the damage, and in the process discovered that I needed new brake pads and did them on the spot. There may be cheaper mechanics around, but this is a dealership that stands on their work, so I get all my maintenance and any other work done here. The people are all very nice, and they do anything possible to make the experience easy. While I was there, a woman was offered a ride home (quite a distance) and a pickup the next day in that her car needed some unforeseen repairs and she had to meet her children's school bus. Kevin Feldman was my "point man" and he did an excellent job expediting everything so I could get out in a minimum amount of time. More

Rob was unable to be at the dealership when we picked up our new van, but his colleague, Diana Mitchell, showed up the same congeniality and support. I felt that they were very honest with me the whole time and Rob was very helpful along with with the finance lady when it came time to sign the papers.
