Great Customer Service I brought my 2016 Prius in for a 25K maintenance. I also asked that they look into a sound I was hearing from the back of the car. We were helped promptly and enjoyed the comfortable lounge complete with complimentary begals and coffee. The sound I was hearing proved difficult to locate but I was updated often and asked to accompany the technician for a car ride to check on the sound.
