I was impressed with the way that my questions were answered. Mr Paonessa did not say that this was right - or that was wrong, he merely told me what feedback from customers has been. He took into account my personal needs, driving habits and geared his answers to those needs. In short - I felt like Mr Paonessa was present and paid attention to me - the customer. Exceptional Service and Customer Care I have twice come in for maintenance service on my 2016 Toyota Camry. Each visit has been a pleasure especially because of the highly personable and e I have twice come in for maintenance service on my 2016 Toyota Camry. Each visit has been a pleasure especially because of the highly personable and exceptionally professional service provided by the service staff. On each occasion, I dealt with both Jose Azize and Mark Anderson. I arrived at my scheduled time and experienced no wait time. AMAZING. The service was performed expeditiously and during my stay I was offered a variety of great refreshments and snacks. Jose has given me pointers on the proper care and maintenance of my car between servicing. Mark also freely provides great insight on optimal maintenance and care. Both Jose and Mark have patiently advised me on how best to maximize the benefits of my warranties. Their advice is invaluable and I now better understand how my warranties and Toyota Care policies work. Every time I bring in my car for servicing, I leave with it looking BRAND NEW because the Rivera Toyota service team actually washes and details the car after every service, for free! My car runs like a dream too. I cannot overstate how great these guys are. I live in the New York City area but I will always make the hike up to Mount Kisco for servicing just to see Jose and Mark. They are like old friends who just happen to work in the car service department I need. Thanks guys, see you soon! More
