First i had a problem in sales with one of sales person he was very disrespectful to my mom and i to the point the my mom was crying. The manager addressed it and apologized he’s a very nice guy and always helps us out with anything. Of course that wasn’t enough i just brought my car into service which i paid alot of money for and i just had a problem Richard Bradwell. This man is not only unprofessional but very disrespectful. He was giving me an attitude the entire time, he walked away and said he wouldn’t help me and was telling another employee to help me and i was waiting there for someone to help me for about 10 minutes and he came back and i asked him for the manager and he went to get him to adress the problem and i told him to watch his attitude that i’m a customer and he started laughing in my face and said why should i do that? Are you kidding me? This man should be fired how dar he speak to me to me like that. Never again will i ever buy a car from this dealership again what a headache i shouldn’t be stressing over my car this is outrageous. Every other car dealership that i have purchased a car from in the past has been so kind to me. Worst experience ever! More

20k Service I brought in my car for 20k service on Wednesday morning at 7:30AM. I have been servicing my cars at this dealership (from before it's change of ownership) since 2008. I have been consistently happy with the service. and more than that, I am consistently extremely happy with the experience at the service station. Everyone is always helpful, accommodating and very nice. The best thing about the change of ownership is that they now have loaner cars which is an enormous help. The worst thing about it is that the service staff are now in a new building with cubicles that don't feel like a very nice way work every day. With such lovely, committed and hard working staff the management should go out of their way to make the work environment as nice as possible for their employees so they can hold onto the staff that makes the place such a nice one to go to. More
