She ordered me a brand new 2023 RAV4 hybrid XSE. I was given an incredible trade in value for my old vehicle. When we walked into Rivera Toyota, we were greeted with smiling faces and a welcoming demeanor from everyone there. Tony listened, assessed our wants and needs and matched us with an amazing car. Tony is unassuming, funny and cares about his clients. I recommend when you get there heading straight for his desk. Relax, put yourselves in his hands and you will leave with the perfect car and happy to have worked with him. Ken Hicks, another salesman there was wonderful and enthusiastic about how happy we were. He congratulated us on our way out and both he and Tony encouraged us to stop in anytime and let them know how we were making out with the car and well, life in general. Tiffany and Mariano helped us with the financing and were kind and accommodating. We left the finance meeting more than happy with our loan and payment plan. They are wonderful!
