Aaron was great! He got us into the right car for our family at the right price. unfortunately the finance department lived up to what you might expect from the ster He got us into the right car for our family at the right price. unfortunately the finance department lived up to what you might expect from the stereotype of a car dealer. we had a better deal from our credit union on the financing. They told us they would match it and then didn’t. Then they fast talked us into taking a worse rate from them saying the numbers would add up in our favor. They didn’t. We got home and realized their transgression and have spent many hours of our own trying to get our better rate in place. They upsold us on a warranty we didn’t want and after talking to our financial advisor who said to get it refunded we drove down to fill out the requisite paperwork bc they wouldn’t give us a refund over the phone. 6 weeks later they still haven’t processed the refund. More work for me to track down their business manager. he had the best line when he learned we wanted to switch the loan to a better rate. That’s only a few dollars. Actually over the course of the loan it’s $600...of our money!! Maybe I should have just written him a check to pacify him because he seemed frankly annoyed we were so concerned about not Spending $600 on their commissions. Just be wary when dealing with this finance department. but the guys in sales are great!! More
