The process of ordering through delivery was flawless. Craig kept me up to date along the way. The day of delivery we worked with Tom the Sales Manger and he was perfect also. We arrived at the dealer at 6:30 and went through the amazing finance manager and handed the keys at 7:30. The owner John Hennessey even came out thanked us for our purchase and talked to us for about 20 minutes. I will never go to another ford dealer again. More
