I was hesitant to buy a car from a local dealer based on previous experience with other local Jeep dealers, who pressured me and weren't welcoming. River Front was a completely different experience. I didn't feel pressured, I was treated like a person and not just another sale. It was like I was at a dealership near the small town in Michigan where I grew up, not suburban Chicago. Excellent Professional service I was looking for a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude which was a limited edition and very difficult to find. I live in Michigan and called s I was looking for a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude which was a limited edition and very difficult to find. I live in Michigan and called several out of state dealers and could not find the one I was looking for. I contacted Vinnie Mazany at River Front on 2-8-17. I needed a vehicle by 2-16-17 figuring that this would be impossible buying a vehicle out of state getting the paperwork signed and delivered. Vinnie went to work put everything in motion with the help of Chris Verhagen. The teamwork, communication and follow up was extraordinary. The overnight paperwork was delivered signed and returned by 2-14-17. I contacted Jim Alverense (sorry for the spelling) one of River Fronts recommended transporters and he said "don't worry about he will get the GC delivered". Sure enough the truck was delivered to my office on 2-15 (WOW). And then comes Marilyn Imparato with a follow up email saying THANK YOU and status for the necessary documents to title the vehicle in Michigan. The Jeep looks awesome.
