So they cost me $300 on service I could have waited months to do, nothihng urgent. I bought my Jeep there, will never do business with them again. Ironically, I live across the street from the dealership's owner. I complained to FCA customer service, and they took the dealership's side. So I probably go back to Ford. Manager FCA quoted to me was Justin, disallowing my complaint. More

Above and beyond customer service Last weekend, I brought my car in to have the oil changed. As I stepped out of the car, I realized I had forgotten my purse. My mom had recently passed and I had been on very little sleep. I wasn't surprised at all that something like this had happened. As I was calling an uber to bring me back to grab my purse, Nathan noticed my dilema. He approached me and offered a solution. He then went above and beyond until my situation was resolved. I have always appreciated the excellent service I have gotten at this dealership. Everyone here has 'always' made me feel like 'more than just another customer'. For this reason I continue to drive out here from my current home in Oak Park. However, what Nathan did that day to help me out made me also feel like 'family'.
