Bait and Switch Anyone considering buying a vehicle from River Front Dodge,,BEWARE. We saw a 2017 Dodge Charger internet priced at $28400. Wow we thought, I can get Anyone considering buying a vehicle from River Front Dodge,,BEWARE. We saw a 2017 Dodge Charger internet priced at $28400. Wow we thought, I can get my wife out of her 2014 Charger. Before we left, the price was confirmed by Oliver, assuming he is their internet guy. We got there. The price was confirmed by the salesman,not once but twice. Comes time for the paperwork, I see the price is starting at $33 thousand and change. I asked why the price on the paperwork wasn't starting at $28400 as advertised on the internet. Salesman started checking the price on his computer,, Yep, the car was indeed $28400. He said this must be a mistake, I need to check. He comes back a few minutes later, apparently the bosses weren't going to sell this car for that price, despite the fact they low balled my charger. Boys and girls, that's called bait and switch,and it happens to be illegal. I wouldn't buy a dead horse from them. They lost a Hellcat sale to me by screwing around this way, they lost another. Basically their interested in selling cars to people who don't know what their doing. LOOK at everything IF you buy from them. More

I purchased my first Jeep in 2011 from Dave Semp now the new car manager. This was an excellent experience and I got everything I wanted. After 127,000 miles, I decided to purchase another Jeep. I went to several dealers to price the Jeep and returned to River Front were they matched the best deal I could get and added their personal touch to make this another excellent experience. I constructed a deal with Joe Krol and finalized the deal with Dave Semp. I never had the feeling I was being pressured to buy, rather everyone was there to make my buying experience as positive as possible. The major reason for my returning to River Front is my experience with their Service Department. My car has been maintained by them since I bought it and my dealings with Mike Goering have been very professional. Thanks to all of you and I love my new Jeep. More

Excellent Professional service I was looking for a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude which was a limited edition and very difficult to find. I live in Michigan and called s I was looking for a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude which was a limited edition and very difficult to find. I live in Michigan and called several out of state dealers and could not find the one I was looking for. I contacted Vinnie Mazany at River Front on 2-8-17. I needed a vehicle by 2-16-17 figuring that this would be impossible buying a vehicle out of state getting the paperwork signed and delivered. Vinnie went to work put everything in motion with the help of Chris Verhagen. The teamwork, communication and follow up was extraordinary. The overnight paperwork was delivered signed and returned by 2-14-17. I contacted Jim Alverense (sorry for the spelling) one of River Fronts recommended transporters and he said "don't worry about he will get the GC delivered". Sure enough the truck was delivered to my office on 2-15 (WOW). And then comes Marilyn Imparato with a follow up email saying THANK YOU and status for the necessary documents to title the vehicle in Michigan. The Jeep looks awesome.
