My Jeep was almost due for an oil change and I wanted to make sure all the fluid levels were where they should be for this long trip. We pulled up to the service door and were met by "Red". After telling him of our predicament, he took us to Martin, who assured us it would be ready shortly. I looked back and saw my Jeep was already on the lift and a mechanic was being brought over to take care of it. We were out of the dealership in less than half an hour. We can't thank them enough for their understanding and compassion while they got us ready to go. They were more than wonderful. More

Our van had a recall that I saw in an email from Chrysler and we were experiencing a minor problem with the vehicle. I stopped in to see if I could make an appointment to bring my vehicle in within the next couple of days. When I spoke with the service adviser, he said that if it was okay with us, he would take care of the issue immediately. Never had that happen before. Within a half hour we were on our way.
