Quick service, costly for 10 days out of warranty I had a battery failure at 27,000 miles and 10 days out of warranty. In my experience, other brands would have covered it under goodwill. Making a bad situation worse 2 months ago my Durango wouldn't start so I had to get it towed to riverfront. They were extremely helpful, but I had to go to Iowa for University the 2 months ago my Durango wouldn't start so I had to get it towed to riverfront. They were extremely helpful, but I had to go to Iowa for University the next day. Within a week I got a estimate and diagnosis. All was looking good, until how many rediagnosis I got. It went from 1k to 7k. Luckily, insurance covered most of it. The worst part is, I've had my car in the shop for 2 months with barely any updates. It's always something delayed. They don't care to expedite the process whether through rental or actual parts ordering. My experience with RiverFront has been a long but disappointing one. More
