I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my car, and it was great that I was able to let them know what was not needed. The price was a little more than expected, but then again it was over 100K miles, and I feel safe knowing that I'll be safe for the next 100K miles with my Jeep! Staff was attentive, friendly and upbeat; I called ahead to verify the car was still there and said I might be dropping by. When I got to River Front, the car was right in front, absolutely spotless and actually better than described on their website! After an enjoyable test drive, we worked out what I thought was a very good deal.
