He was personable, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Vinny was my finance guy. He was equally as friendly and super helpful with helping with me find a payment/term/interest rate I was comfortable with. After coming in for a mini van, that was sold the night before. I was so disappointed. Jim Sanders was so understanding of my feelings. He asked what I was looking for and what my $ limits ext. were. Even the porter was sweet enough to get the old dealership sticker off and gas up and make sure I was good to since the dealership was closing up and I was ready to go home.
