Our car needed some repair (AC) and we had to take a rental. Beings we don't drive very much the man from service said he would deliver our car to us and pick up the rental. Frustrating and neglectful My car was dropped off for a leaking radiator/busted water pump; pump was replaced. My car arrived at the dealership with 75% oil life. After picking it up, on the drive home, my Check Engine Oil Soon indicator comes on; with 0% oil life left. In the notes section of my receipt it said i needed an oil change. Why wouldn’t a rep update me and let me know what happened instead of letting me leave their shop with no oil or bad oil?? It makes no sense. There was also oil stains everywhere in my car. The mechanic took no precaution in ensuring my car was left the way they received it!! I have permanent oil stains on the fabric behind my head. It was disgusting and disrespectful. This is my 3rd complaint with Buick and I have to take my car to a different dealership now. More
