Oil change and Point inspection I arrived about 10 minutes late and someone met me in the parking lot before I exited my vehicle. The service person was prompt and courteous. Excellent Service! I had my '15 Yukon XL Denali in for a routein oil change, tire balance and rotation. The previous time it was serviced by another dealership because I I had my '15 Yukon XL Denali in for a routein oil change, tire balance and rotation. The previous time it was serviced by another dealership because I thought it was more convenient. For 5k I rolled with a slight vibration at highway speeds causing me to to think something was wrong. Well there was something wrong. It turns out that the other dealership is horrible at balancing wheels. After service at Rivard, my vehicle rides like new. No vibrations what so ever even at higher than posted highwayspeeds. Long story short, no more cutting corners for me. It will only be services at Rivard from now on. More
