Came to have my required service for the vehicle The attention that I received at Rivard was its usual exceptional service. I was greeted by the service technicians and the car was delivered to me wh The attention that I received at Rivard was its usual exceptional service. I was greeted by the service technicians and the car was delivered to me when promised. What I am upset about is apparently, the technician who checked in the vehicle DID NOT change your system to say that I arrived for my service. After I had checked out and paid my bill, I was on the road and my wife called me checking to make sure that I was all right because she got a phone call form Rivard that I had NOT SHOWN UP YET FOR MY APPOINTMENT. She was upset and worried that something had happened to me. My answer for this is for the service technicians to make sure that they put it into your system at the time of arrival that I indeed arrived for my scheduled service. This will avoid any confusion and unnecessary phone calls in the future. More
