Rivard went above and beyond to repair my Ford Truck I brought my truck to Brandon Ford to have a coolant leak fixed. After they tried to charge me an excessive amount of money to replace more than was n I brought my truck to Brandon Ford to have a coolant leak fixed. After they tried to charge me an excessive amount of money to replace more than was needed I decided to bring my vehicle to Rivard’s to get a second opinion. Their manager was nice enough to allow me to bring my truck to them. After they looked at my truck, they promtly called me back and told me the fix would be a third of the price Ford was going to charge me. They set me up with a very nice loaner truck and had my truck fixed in a matter of days. The service staff was kind, efficient and personable and even as a Ford driver I would recommend Rivard’s and his staff to anyone. A top notch dealership! More

Overcharged Everytime I have had my car serviced they have found "add on" costs. They find other issues after they tell you how much the repair will cost. Thyey called back and said that the ECM needed to be replaced. Total of $1029. This included n hour of labor to download the software???? I question the honestly of the complete transaction. The service consultant was nice. More

Too Busy I booked an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, arrived at 8:40 and sat in a waiting room until about 11am. This was for a new vehicle oil change, nothing complicated. When the waiting room got too packed and I became inpatient, I walked outside to see my truck sitting at the front of the line, a service office with a line to the door and me waiting to speak to someone. Before I could even get in the service center, a service personnel stopped me to ask if he could move my vehicle so others could leave..... I guess at some point, they completed my oil change and never came to tell me. I wasted a chunk of my Saturday because of their inability to schedule correctly or keep on top of the service level. More
