We had previously browsed thru 4 chevy dealers in the upcoming weeks before finding Rio Vista Chevy. None had variety, maybe one here or there without the options we liked. I was sceptical when my wife showed me the inventory online at Rio, upon arrival, we walked thru the lot, and were greeted by Oscar. After a brief conversation, we felt at ease, didn't feel pressured and browsed thru their inventory. Oscar took us thru the lot, and also showed their back selections, I was surprise with the variety. Without any pressure, we took the leap. Oscar worked with Eric, and we came to our final choice, they worked their magic, we received top dollar for our trade-in and our new upgrade came with a great price tag. Couldn't complain. Paperwork was quick, environment was relaxing, and staff was very friendly, we conversed with another team member but didn't catch his name.
