We had little hiccups with trade-in issue in the beginning but once we got that ironed out, my experience with Marcia has been nothing but superb. She is very responsive with communications and alwa beginning but once we got that ironed out, my experience with Marcia has been nothing but superb. She is very responsive with communications and always there to help with my concerns and needs even after the sales was complete. I drove down 320 miles through the storm from Northern California to pick up the truck and I don't regret a one bit.
