I took my car in to the service department. There was some thing I needed them to fix. Anytime I called the phone was just rang and rang and rang. Someone returned my voicemail but they couldn’t even tell me who I was working with they were calling to ask me who I was working with. And I had no idea who I was working with because I had no paperwork from that day. More
