We had an appointment at 8:00. We were one of the first people in the shop and were told 40-45 minutes. At 30 minutes we noticed our car was still sitting in the same spot. Filled out kelly Blue Book Instant offer, completely truthful, got a response that said consider it SOLD. Drove to Billings they then offered $3961, less then the Kelly offer they accepted and got me to truthful, got a response that said consider it SOLD. They just scamed me to get me in the door with no consideration of my wasted day and gas purchase.for the 270 mile trip. More
