Called about a car advertised for $12,999. As a disabled person, I was looking for a safe car. Before taking on test drive, agreed asking price was $12,999. After test drive they came in with a piece of paper telling me the price was $14,999, as I needed to pay storage? Title transfer? The car may be worth $5000, only after its been inspected due to accident. Which of course they denied there was anything was wrong with it. I would never do business with xxxxxxxx like that. Trying to financially exploit a disabled person who traveled 100 miles one way, and pull that crap shows just the kind of place it truly is More
they were very nice and helpful. I paid off my vehicle 2021 I have been trying to reach someone in financing about my Gap insurance. since I paid it off early I would like know about the refund on the gap anyhow I paid it off on Nov 29th someone in financing about my Gap insurance. since I paid it off early I would like know about the refund on the gap anyhow I paid it off on Nov 29th , I have left many ,many messages and sent email to finance Dept. No response this is on going since January 2022.I also left a message on one of the managers machine still no response so yesterday 2/24/22 I call someone in the sales dept to try to get help somehow she was very nice and helped the best she could she then transferred me to another person who couldn't help me because the person who knows about this wasn't in !! So she promised she would call me back today guess what to no surprise I did not receive a call today!!! I am extremely frustrated .we were going to trade in my 2019 for a 2022 we will not be doing that with these folks again this is bad, business.I will continue to try and get some answers on this matter. Just wanted to share because I want other people to be aware of this issue if you buy gap insurance ask the questions at that time. More

I found out from a neighbor that there is a required update to STARLINK. I called the dealer they said the free update expired on 1/15/2022. They said I would have to pay 300.00. I didn’t get a letter o update to STARLINK. I called the dealer they said the free update expired on 1/15/2022. They said I would have to pay 300.00. I didn’t get a letter otherwise I would have come in. They told me to call Subaru America. They gave me the STARLINK phone number. Anna told me it was extended and told me to make a appointment and to call her back when I did. Her number is a 800 number and not a direct line. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone no one could help me. Each department said I had to talk to the other. I received a email back in December to renew my subscription. Nothing about a update requirement. I should have received a letter or email or a phone call. I won’t recommend Subaru because of the fact they are more than happy to take your money year after year for STARLINK but won’t help you because of a deadline. I could get my car in before February when it switches to 5G but I don’t think I should have to pay. More
