I found out from a neighbor that there is a required update to STARLINK. I called the dealer they said the free update expired on 1/15/2022. They said I would have to pay 300.00. I didn’t get a letter o update to STARLINK. I called the dealer they said the free update expired on 1/15/2022. They said I would have to pay 300.00. I didn’t get a letter otherwise I would have come in. They told me to call Subaru America. They gave me the STARLINK phone number. Anna told me it was extended and told me to make a appointment and to call her back when I did. Her number is a 800 number and not a direct line. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone no one could help me. Each department said I had to talk to the other. I received a email back in December to renew my subscription. Nothing about a update requirement. I should have received a letter or email or a phone call. I won’t recommend Subaru because of the fact they are more than happy to take your money year after year for STARLINK but won’t help you because of a deadline. I could get my car in before February when it switches to 5G but I don’t think I should have to pay. More

We had an appointment at 8:00. We were one of the first people in the shop and were told 40-45 minutes. At 30 minutes we noticed our car was still sitting in the same spot. We live out of state, so we make service appointments. They are always prompt, quick & have excellent service. The waiting room is cozy and filled with drink & snacks.
