I was refused the ability to drive or purchase the car (with cash in hand) until it was ran through the mechanic and detailed. Jesse promised I would be called as soon as it was available. I called to check on car after no call all day and was told it was sold. I was never even given the opportunity to purchase due to their poor communication, lack of respect for the time I already invested and the sales team looking for a quick sale no matter the client. Chris tried to back peddle and stated it was never for sale until it was detailed and pulled on lot. When it was, coincidental, people on site wanted to purchase so it was sold. Yet it was posted "for sale" online 4 days prior. No apology and was hung up on after expressing my extreme disappointment in their business practices. More
