They overpriced vehicles and would not take no for an answer. No respect for the customer and no respect for the wallet. Save yourself the hassle and just drive on past them. I really wish they would have been HONEST and told me the value of the vehicle I was purchasing before I committed to it. It was not until I was home that night that I saw the NADA sheet on my vehicle. They were asking almost $4000 over NADA value and it was too late to back out!! I will NEVER return to these thieves and hope that everyone else learns from my experience. More

We pride ourselves in being extremely well-informed and studied consumers and we were treated with the utmost in respect and professionalism by Steve and at the same time, we had fun with him and enjoyed our time during this stressful endeavor of such a major purchase. He came to work late the evening of Friday the 6th to allow us to test drive and fit-test an '09 Forester. THAT, is customer service. I am an extremely particular customer with high expectations.
