we bought a used outback and found out that it needed $4000 worth of repairs. I was traveling thru Billings on a friday morning and my subaru broke down and had to be towed.I was with my daughter and wife and we were all horrified that we would be stuck in Billings over the weekend a subaru broke down and had to be towed.I was with my daughter and wife and we were all horrified that we would be stuck in Billings over the weekend as we had to be back in Portland on monday.Ernie the General manager got involved and put his best people on it and we were back on the road the same day.Imagine our surprise when the GM gets involved and takes a personal interest in his customers.At Rimrock all the employees truly care and go to great lengths to satisfy there customers.We witnessed this time and time again as we waited for our car. Perry was equally knowledgeable. He explained all the finance/extended warranty/insurance coverage options without any pressure. They overpriced vehicles and would not take no for an answer. No respect for the customer and no respect for the wallet. Save yourself the hassle and just drive on past them. I really wish they would have been HONEST and told me the value of the vehicle I was purchasing before I committed to it. It was not until I was home that night that I saw the NADA sheet on my vehicle. They were asking almost $4000 over NADA value and it was too late to back out!! I will NEVER return to these thieves and hope that everyone else learns from my experience. More

We pride ourselves in being extremely well-informed and studied consumers and we were treated with the utmost in respect and professionalism by Steve and at the same time, we had fun with him and enjoyed our time during this stressful endeavor of such a major purchase. He came to work late the evening of Friday the 6th to allow us to test drive and fit-test an '09 Forester. THAT, is customer service. I am an extremely particular customer with high expectations. Thank his colleague for calling him and letting him know that we were on our way...Tyson, Aaron? (Young man with dark hair and extremely long eyelashes) Thanks to him, too. I appreciate being able to get the information necessary to make this kind of an investment and preferred that we had a sales representative like Steve who shared his knowledge and wisdom in such a way as it was not intimidating, ruthless, relentless nor cajoling and I want to thank him for that, please pass this along to him!!! His sense of humour was perfect for us, too! Since I already have a fabulous automobile in my Forester, I won't need to come purchasing for things other than accessories...but please know that I have already told my friends and colleagues of our fabulous experience with Rimrock Subaru.
