From the first email to the front door delivery of my new Subaru Outback, my experience was exceptional. Within minutes of my first email contact with Rimrock Subaru, I received two responses, one from the dealership manager and one from my assigned salesman, Mr. Clay Green. Clay called me the very next day and the special relationship began! As a customer, I was treated with respect and kindness from the first word. Clay asked me what he could do to make my experience exceptional. Clay prepared the vehicle I selected and had it delivered to my front door, over 215 miles away! The delivery driver walked me through the paperwork and picked up my trade-in vehicle. At no time was I inconvenienced or disrespected. As a single woman, this type of service and caring was so far above what I had experienced from other car dealers. I would not go anywhere else to ever purchase another vehicle. Two weeks after receiving my new Subaru Outback, I visited Rimrock Subaru to meet Clay Green in person. We took our time looking at different vehicles and came into this dealer and met up with Brad Hedges. He did an outstanding job giving us a great test ride in a 2013 Outback. I located a car off the Internet and called this dealership on it. I talked to Tony about the car. After learning more about the car(Impreza) I decided to get another model (Outback). I live in Bozeman 160 miles away, so I didn't want to drive over there for one car to look at. That was 3 weeks ago...no call yet. More

Buying a car at rimrock Subaru was a mistake, after paying full msrp for the car and going through their bank for it because they said i had to. Poor service, like when they didn't tell me that the car paying full msrp for the car and going through their bank for it because they said i had to. Many more examples of the poor service that I got , but the kicker for me was the dealer sticker they put on the back of the car, like I would want to admit I got the car from them All and all, great car, it's my second Subaru and I do love the car, just not going here again More

Brad Hedges does a fantastic job as a car salesman. He has a great disposition and manner, which immediately make you feel very comfortable dealing with him. The service was good and sales staff very helpful. The purchase and paperwork went quickly.
