She also expedited the paperwork as much as possible and streamlined the process as much as she was able. This resulted in less time waiting at the dealership as I had requested. They took all the time needed to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. That really made me feel comfortable. It was a pressure-free, relaxed experience from the moment I first walked on the lot, to speaking with sales to speaking with finance and everyone in between. I had planned on just test driving and purchasing elsewhere, but once I got to the dealership I was treated very respectfully and friendly. I got a fair value deal and an awesome vehicle that I plan on keeping for the next 10 plus years! Thumbs up to Rebecca and the rest of the Subaru crew! More
Haven’t had much experience with this dealer , but salesperson was very good. Got car in as soon as I got there as they always do and it was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything done as requested. A complete fiasco! ! I finalized a firm lease deal on 5/18 and, when car arrived, traveled to Billings on 6/16. Waited 2 hours in showroom even though I had submitted ! I finalized a firm lease deal on 5/18 and, when car arrived, traveled to Billings on 6/16. Waited 2 hours in showroom even though I had submitted majority of paperwork 2 days prior. Sales manager then said there was a huge mistake in what the dealership figured for payoff on my current lease and also said the incentives on the agreed upon deal no longer applied. He kept changing the terms, etc. and made me feel like I had done something shady even though I was not at fault. He shoved a deaI in front of me that was $100 a month higher in payment than what I had signed on 5/18. I then told him, given the whole disaster was on the dealership, I wanted reimbursement for my gas as I had traveled 120 miles to pick this vehicle up. He appeared to have cared less about my experience and tried to pacify me with a tire rotation and oil change which I already have on my current maintenance agreement. This person also made no attempt to apologize, explore other options or anything of the sort. I had already arranged my insurance coverage and then had to cancel those arrangements with my agent which was additional time I spent on this ordeal. I used vacation time to travel to the dealership to pick the car up, came out on the short stick with the gas and put additional miles on my tires and vehicle for this fiasco. The long wait and ultimate outcome robbed me of making it back to my granddaughter's tournament game. Just to further educate everyone, this dealership sought me out, I did not solicit them at all. I merely scheduled an oil change on my car and two days prior, I was contacted by Shelby about whether I would be open to hearing about potential options for a new lease. I arrived for the oil change and was just waiting in the maintenance area when I was approached again by Shelby and the sales staff. I told them I would listen to what they had to present, but as I had stated earlier, I was not coming up with any cash down payment or raising my payment. We agreed on a lease deal on a 2023 Subaru Forester that had already been ordered by the dealership and would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It was noted that my current vehicle was meticulous on both the exterior and interior and that I had very low mileage of 11, 400 miles. My current lease is a 2021 Subaru Forester Premium which I leased at this same dealership with Brady Wagner who treated me with respect and value. I have excellent credit and this new vehicle would have been my 4th lease. As you can likely tell, I am furious, I feel that this dealership has no value for my business and that my experience there, and the time and cost I incurred, are of no concern there. I requested that someone in management contact me to discuss this whole ordeal and have heard from no one which further infuriates me. It is a sure bet, at this time, I will not be doing business at this dealership again. Additionally, I will be happy to detail this entire ordeal to the next dealership I deal with and let them know exactly where I experienced this whole thing. I have never had this kind of experience ever, when buying or leasing a car, buying a house or any other product. I definitely came out with the short stick as I actually incurred personal costs to be treated this way and the excitement of acquiring a new car was like going to the hospital to have a baby and coming home with no baby. I will say, however, the young salesman that I initially spoke with tried his best to rectify things, but he was unable to change the information he was provided with and could not change the treatment I received from the sales manager. Evidently this dealership has changed hands and staff since I leased in 2021 with Brady Wagner. Too bad.
