The inept service department spent four weeks of replacing this that and the other thing and ultimately NOT fixing the issue. Due to an impending move out of the area, we needed a car. They chose to ignore our deadline, didn’t contact headquarters until the last minute (they were of no help either) and we had to buy a new car. So to sum up the story: we brought them a paid off, reliable, running 2013 Subaru. They left us with an inoperable car and ultimately a monthly payment we were unprepared for in the midst of a cross country move. And the kicker is the General Manager told us the issue with the engine was ultimately OUR fault, and we were ‘lucky’ he was willing to give us trade in value on a non-running vehicle. We drove away from this dealership feeling like we were xxxxx and then convinced it was our fault. Who buys a new car and feels terribly about it? Honestly, I have never in my life been treated with more disrespect and lack of humanity. The GM, Ernie, is a salesman to the core. And I do not mean that in a kind and flattering way. Beware this dealership and their service department. They will take no responsibility for basic human error and will not do right by you if they mess it up. More
No longer trust them I clearly described the problem and said I thought I need new bearings at the drivers side. They said instead that I needed a new transmission ($5,50 I clearly described the problem and said I thought I need new bearings at the drivers side. They said instead that I needed a new transmission ($5,500 new or $2,340 used). I took it to another place and gave the same description. They said, "sounds like bad bearings." They replaced the bearings and it fixed the problem... for $377. The ridiculousness of Subaru's analysis is that I would've spent all that money and still had the same problem! I used to like Subaru, and they did good work in the past (more than 1 year ago), but this last experience was just ridiculous. More

Worst transaction of any kind....ever Issues with lack of honesty and integrity from GM through previous sales mgr and finance person. Still out almost $500 from their incompetence. Contacted 2 owners but there was NO response at all. Because of this dealership we will never buy another Subaru. Avoid this dealership at all costs More
A gem in the gravel pit! The inventory at our local dealership was exceptionally low and we could not get what we wanted. We went through Edmunds and got a number of dealerships that responded. We talked to a lot of sales personnel from a lot of dealers, it took days of our time. Few rose to the level of the people at Rimrock and we want to especially thank Cynthia, She cut to the quick and worked a lot of alternatives to get us a very competative offer. We chose to go elsewhere mostly based on geography but will come back to Rimrock for our next purchase in a couple years. More

Just the worst. I went to purchase a car new. Did all the searching myself found what I wanted. Researched common shady dealer tactics before hand, and they pulled e I went to purchase a car new. Did all the searching myself found what I wanted. Researched common shady dealer tactics before hand, and they pulled everyone of them. It was disgusting. At one point one of the many people they make you talk to try to wear you down, told us he’d give us time to talk amongst ourselves about a particular price. I read about this tactic so once he left I waited a bit and quickly got up and looked on the other side ont the cubicle wall and sure enough one of the “team” was standing right there listening to my wife and I talk. To his credit he at least looked embarrassed, and walked away. I ended up going to a dealership 3hrs away and couldn’t have had a better experience. Other than it was 3 hrs away. More

Hail destroyed my 2012 Subaru, so I needed a car right away. These folks did not pressure us in any way. Answered our questions, left us alone to discuss it. Was given warranty options...no pressure, let us decide what was right for us. Now, that's the way I like to shop for a car. Thanks Rimrock, you have awesome employees. More
