They did everything they said they would in the time they said it would take. Great service I was helped by 2 young ladies during lunch time with no prior appointment. It was a very nice surprise to find that my recall would be fixed not just I was helped by 2 young ladies during lunch time with no prior appointment. It was a very nice surprise to find that my recall would be fixed not just that day, but within a couple hours! I was offered a loaner car to get lunch in the meantime-which was a brand new model with a high trim level. We brought the loaner back within 2 hours and found our car ready to go. I would absolutely buy a new car here and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. More

Service Issue Not Fixed I am very disappointed in the service I received on my vehicle. After spending nearly 4 hours waiting at the shop as well as spending over $300, the i I am very disappointed in the service I received on my vehicle. After spending nearly 4 hours waiting at the shop as well as spending over $300, the issue was not fixed. This issue could have been easily tested on sight to ensure it was fixed but it was not. I am currently waiting to hear back from the service manager and hope that you can make this right, if not I will gladly take my business elsewhere so that I can ensure a quality job. More

The finance employee explained the options offered,and was vert personable. Because I was using a rental they offered to pick me up after it was returned. I ended up not needing this but was great full for their offer. More

Fabulous car buying experience I recently purchased a 2018 Outback from Rimrock Subaru and I had an excellent experience. Doug was the salesperson who worked with me and he was out I recently purchased a 2018 Outback from Rimrock Subaru and I had an excellent experience. Doug was the salesperson who worked with me and he was outstanding. Doug was informed and knowledgeable about the different makes, models, and yearly changes in Subaru vehicles, as well as those of other car brands. He had auto magazines on his desk detailing and comparing various categories and brands of cars so he knew about the assets of the car I was interested in. Doug was friendly, genuine, and comfortable to be around. Never did I feel pressured or pushed to buy a car. Doug did extra things that I noticed and appreciated; one example is he washed my car the morning I was picking it up because it had rained on it the day before and he wanted it perfect. I would recommend Doug and Rimrock Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
Zero integrity Took our car here for a recall; the engine parts were installed incorrectly and ultimately harmed the engine. The inept service department spent four weeks of replacing this that and the other thing and ultimately NOT fixing the issue. Due to an impending move out of the area, we needed a car. They chose to ignore our deadline, didn’t contact headquarters until the last minute (they were of no help either) and we had to buy a new car. So to sum up the story: we brought them a paid off, reliable, running 2013 Subaru. They left us with an inoperable car and ultimately a monthly payment we were unprepared for in the midst of a cross country move. And the kicker is the General Manager told us the issue with the engine was ultimately OUR fault, and we were ‘lucky’ he was willing to give us trade in value on a non-running vehicle. We drove away from this dealership feeling like we were xxxxx and then convinced it was our fault. Who buys a new car and feels terribly about it? Honestly, I have never in my life been treated with more disrespect and lack of humanity. The GM, Ernie, is a salesman to the core. And I do not mean that in a kind and flattering way. Beware this dealership and their service department. They will take no responsibility for basic human error and will not do right by you if they mess it up. More
No longer trust them I clearly described the problem and said I thought I need new bearings at the drivers side. They said instead that I needed a new transmission ($5,50 I clearly described the problem and said I thought I need new bearings at the drivers side. They said instead that I needed a new transmission ($5,500 new or $2,340 used). I took it to another place and gave the same description. They said, "sounds like bad bearings." They replaced the bearings and it fixed the problem... for $377. The ridiculousness of Subaru's analysis is that I would've spent all that money and still had the same problem! I used to like Subaru, and they did good work in the past (more than 1 year ago), but this last experience was just ridiculous. More
