Riley Volvo DID NOT COMPLETE any repairs after damaging our XC60 during service. FACT: Riley Volvo only responded after Volvo USA launched a complaint. We have never been so disappointed with a dealership. Riley Volvo is untruthful, unprofessional, and unresponsive. We have complete records of the damage and all attempts to resolve with Riley Volvo (Photos, Emails, PDFs, Time/Date Stamped Phone Logs, Engineer/Mechanic Statements, etc.) We are happy to post the documents which prove the number and times we contacted Riley Volvo,

Jared, I am sorry to read your review. However, I would like to clarify a few details here. We offered to provide the tires at cost and not charge any labor as a goodwill gesture for you purchasing the car from us. You refused and went and purchased more expensive tires somewhere else. When your wife was at the dealership, we explained the problem, to which she agreed, and we did not charge for the diagnosis time. Jill, I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with your recent experience. It should be noted that your vehicle's windshield was damaged before its recent service with us - our team determined this upon retrieving it. We offered to repair the windshield, but you declined and threatened to sue if we did not replace it for free. It was not the owner but the management team whom you spoke with, and they did answer all of your requests and questions. After several years of serving you as a customer, it's disappointing that you would unfairly blame us.

Our windshield was not damaged before you picked up our vehicle. Had it been damaged and you had followed your own protocol of taking a photo in our driveway you would have proof of this, but you didn’t follow your own protocol and take a photo. Also, if it was damaged you could have called me upon its retrieval, mentioned the crack before you put it on the lift knowing it could cause it to spread. But none of this was done. We did not threaten to sue, we were shocked when we received a call about a 2 foot crack that wasn’t there before you had possession of our vehicle. We tried for three weeks to talk to service and the owner and nobody was responsive. We feel it is your responsibility to fix it since it happened on your watch,
