That in itself should tell you what I think of the dealership and customer service that I receive from them. Riley's is a first class dealership that has always treated me very well over the years. The customer service that you receive is outstanding, and you will never be treated like just another number. They take the time to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and follow up to make sure that you are satisfied with everything from purchasing a vehicle to having any type of work done. This was my first time dealing with Ben Oberfoell as my salesman. I can't say enough about how well he treated me. He always took the time to answer any questions that I had, and never made me feel that I was bothering him when I would call with a question or concern. When my car came in he took the time to go over every feature of it and made sure that I understood everything about the car. Would highly recommend him. Ben has been a great addition to the Riley team, and I look forward to working with him in the future. More

The process of actually buying the car took a little longer than I thought it would but Dave was so nice and apologetic for some of the things that took a little longer. First Class Experience My significant other recently sold her Lexus RX 350; she has owned 3 of them in the past. She was in the market for another vehicle. She likes the h My significant other recently sold her Lexus RX 350; she has owned 3 of them in the past. She was in the market for another vehicle. She likes the higher driving position of an SUV and, of course, the winter traction of all-wheel drive. We did a great deal of research and we looked at a new RX, an Audi Q and several others. Based on the high ratings and reviews we narrowed our search. A friend has a 1015 3.6 Outback Limited...she drove it and was completely satisfied (for $18,000 less than a new RX). We found the car we were looking for online (had to be "green"). We found it at Riley and the car was marked as in transit to the dealership. We placed a down payment and waited to hear that it had arrived. The car arrived several days early and we went to collect it. As we approached the front door we were met by Steve H. who introduced us to the rest of the Subaru crew. After the paperwork, Ben O. introduced us to the service department, parts department and showed us several short clips detailing the Eye-Site operations and safety features. The whole process was well thought out and pleasant. We then headed down to the delivery bay. The car was ready for us...it was flawless really. I don't think I have ever had a better prepared delivery. Ben went through everything in complete detail. Spent over an hour making Shelley feel comfortable in the car. He wasn't bored with the process (which, we are sure that he has been through many times) Bottom Line...a fine dealership. Highly recommended. More

That is no small task considering how computerized the vehicle is. Ben has a lot of knowledge and patience; he is very easy to work with and I appreciate that Ben is working with us to resolve a problem with the factory-installed trailer hitch. More
