Right Toyota - Service Center

I went in for my very first service after buying my car last year. I pretty much got ripped off! After promises of “great service” from buying a Certified vehicle, I waited there for FOUR HOURS for a basic last year. I pretty much got ripped off! After promises of “great service” from buying a Certified vehicle, I waited there for FOUR HOURS for a basic oil change and had to buy a new battery!!! I guess the complementary car washes and implications of other free warranty services were just a sales tactic. I don’t think I’ll be back. Right Toyota is wrong for me! More
