I made an appointment a week in advance. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Everything seemed to be OK until they told me it was going to be 3 hours to complete an oil change. I told I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Everything seemed to be OK until they told me it was going to be 3 hours to complete an oil change. I told the guy I had an appointment. He proceeded to point at a line of cars behind him and said, all these people had appointments as well. I did not get service due to the wait. I would completely understand waiting if I did not have an appointment. More
