Right Toyota

This was my third oil change. .. First two times it took 2+ hours with an appointment, this time 3 hours with an appointment... Totally unacceptable...I live in Wickenburg so drop .. I pay a caretaker to stay with my Mom the 14 hours a day I'm at work and commute... So sitting there for 3 additional hours is not an option... When I got the car I told them I didn't have extra time to sit in the service department... I allow an hour then I start getting stressed as I have an hour and a half drive home with my 90 year old mother waiting for me... I like the car, the service staff is nice but nice doesn't get it... I plan on continuing my patronage there but something needs to be done... More

I made an appointment a week in advance. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Everything seemed to be OK until they told me it was going to be 3 hours to complete an oil change. He proceeded to point at a line of cars behind him and said, all these people had appointments as well. I did not get service due to the wait. I would completely understand waiting if I did not have an appointment. More
