Good at oil changes. Terrible at diagnostics. Took the car there 3 times for the same accelerator issues. Finally resolved. Had to bring a toyota service bulletin in Terrible at diagnostics. I’m a returning customer. In 2016 I first bought a Toyota 4Runner from here. Overall the dealership is very welcoming and customer service from all employees is excellent. This time around I was disappointed a bit from the whole windshield repair issue. I was promised the repair would be quick, only 1-2days. It turned into nearly 2 weeks. While I appreciate Hayden(my salesman) for trying his best to get the repair order done quickly, I’m still saddened by the fact that the truck I bought for my mother wasn’t driven away by her on the day of purchase. Still, an amazing place to buy from none the less. I appreciate the employees, from finance to sales reps. They did try their best to make me feel welcome. More
