My car when being serviced was used by their employees to lounge in my car . The passenger seat was fully declined and my radio station was changed from the one I always listen to. My oil change and tire r lounge in my car . The passenger seat was fully declined and my radio station was changed from the one I always listen to. My oil change and tire rotation took over 3 hours and when my car was returned to me , I was highly upset how someone employed there in the mechanics area used my vehicle for themselves. Very disappointed in Right Toyota and question whether to continue choosing them for my next vehicle in 3 months when I need to make a decision. More

I was able to get my desired appointment time and when I arrived the service team was quick receiving me. I expected my vehicle would be there most of the day however they promised me It would be ready in a arrived the service team was quick receiving me. I expected my vehicle would be there most of the day however they promised me It would be ready in about an hour 35 mins later I was in my car and on my way. Such great service. More
