He failed to give us our $500 military discount and also added and additional $1295 in what was listed as Dealer Services. I called multiple times and even emailed my questions with the attachment from Tiffany Sharp as to what my pricing should be. He never returned my emails or returned my phone calls with my request of what the additional charges were for. UPSELLING so he could get a better commission left us with a bad feeling.
