Harrison was pretty good. But some things fell through the cracks. Caused a lot of anxiety re coming to get my car. And not very precise in acknowledging the individual featur But some things fell through the cracks. Caused a lot of anxiety re coming to get my car. And not very precise in acknowledging the individual features. Consequently truck is lacking things I expected. Could not address those because the guy (Max?) who was supposed to go over all the features was distracted and then just said “I gotta go”. So discovered missing features later. Still cannot even activate my Toyota app as they never send the conformation email required in the process. Adam (finance) was excellent. Shawn was as good as he could be given he had a tom going on at once. Nancy is delightful. More
