Justin was a great guy. He was helpful, nice, and informative. Justin’s manager was not so great. The manager tried to gas light me multiple times. I asked for more. He said he could raise the amount by $500. That would be $4,700. But he raised it to $4,500. When I called him out he tried to gaslight me into believing the never said any of that and $4,500 is the best he can do. He offered to sell me the sienna for $61,5xx. I said that wasn’t good enough. He came back saying he would give me a $2,000 discount because of a miscommunication. But the car was still $61,5xx. He said it was a $3000 mark up plus a $2k add on instead of a $5k mark up. That’s not the same thing. Try being more honest and straight forward. We could have all saved some time and head ache. Again, Justin was great. More
