This dealer is the dumps. I have had nothing but issues with them. To start, the day I bought the car, the salesperson raised his voice at me when I started to talk price. It I have had nothing but issues with them. To start, the day I bought the car, the salesperson raised his voice at me when I started to talk price. It was loud, so raising the volume of the voice was ok, but the aggressive tone that came out what not called for. Then I get put in a room with the person doing the finance paperwork, and he constantly cuts me off assuming he knew what I was going to ask, but he did not. The information he was spitting at me, when I was not even halfway through my question, was needless and inaccurate information. I had to point out what he was doing after about 20 minutes of not being able to communicate my question and the fact that USAA was giving me better loan terms than what he was presenting to me. He told me I was wrong even after I had shown him the proof. IU had to do that twice because he did not read what I was showing him, and he is telling me I was wrong. He finally looked and absorbed the information that I was telling and showing him. To his credit, he then went to another lender the dealer works with and was able to match the finance deal and add a little to it so that what he offered was better than what I was showing him. He was still cutting me off every sentence when I was trying to talk to him. Fast forward, the paperwork was done, and they lost the only key to the car. It took 30 minutes to find it. They also lost a head rest to the car. They did replace it for free for me with a factory head rest, but that took a few days to get in and I must get it. This was all at the very beginning of September 2023. I still don’t have a license plate. I paid for tags, not sure why it is still not in. I did call 3 weeks after I bought the car after the temp tags expired. I called in and they transferred me to the finance guy. Last name is Jenny. The same guy that wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. To his credit, he called back very quickly, left me a message telling me who to call and their number since they never actually ordered my tags, or whatever it is that they were to do the day after my paperwork was done. He emailed her for me since she was off the weekend. He told me her name, Maria, and gave me her number. I called and left a message. Aft/er a few days, I called and spoke with her, and she sent me in email a new temp tag. As of today, 12/28, 202, I still have not received my tags. To make matters worse, I received a letter on 11/23/2023 from the lender of my car loan saying they still had not received the title or lien certificate and that I needed to engage the dealer to get it. So, I called in and spoke with the finance guy, last name Jenny, and he let me finish what I was calling about without cutting me off. He said that Right Toyota has a good relationship with the lender and not to worry about it, but this is also what Maria, the same person about the tags, deals with. So I called and left her a message about that part not being done 2 months after I bought the car. I have not yet received a call back or an email. This was all done at the end of November. It is 12/28 and I received another letter from the lender stating the same thing. This letter says if I don’t get Right Toyota to send in the title or lien certificate I am in default of my contract. I am 44 years old and bought many cars. Never once have I experienced any lever of incompetence to this extreme level. I strongly encourage everyone to be very wary of this dealership and consider all of this before going to them for anything. More
Run, don't walk away, from this dealership. I have bought vehicles from them twice, and will never, ever do so again. The first time I bought a car from them, they tried do add some items in I have bought vehicles from them twice, and will never, ever do so again. The first time I bought a car from them, they tried do add some items in the contract that were not agreed upon (thank goodness I caught them first), but the real issue was with my second purchase. In 2017, I saw a used car for sale on their website. I contacted them, asked them if it was in great condition (it was only 2-1/2 years old, so the answer was, not surprisingly, yes). We then negotiated a price (excluding TTL), and I put down a $1,000 deposit and told them I would be in the next day to pick it up....and could they have the paperwork completed, because I didn't have much time. Issue #1: I got there, and the first thing I noticed is that the driver's seat was in bad shape. The "vegan" leather seat had deep creases where the leather had faded, and clearly needed to be repaired. I agree to pay $400 to have they re-dyed, but they should have disclosed this to me up-front, and meant I couldn't drive the car home as expected. Issue #2: Even though we had agreed to a price, and I told them I didn't want any dealer add-ons....yep, you guessed it. They added $1,000 to the price for paint protection and security etching. I told them ABSOLUTELY not. They told me they already added it. I told them we agreed upon a price, and it wasn't until I told them I was walking away that they reluctantly agreed to remove the cost. Issue #3: A month after I purchased the vehicle, I realized they never gave me credit for my deposit, when I purchased the car. I had to contact them twice, to get them to send me back the extra money. Any credible business should have caught this up-front, and if not, should have AT LEAST noticed it after the fact. I have no doubt, that if I hadn't caught it, I never would have received the deposit back. Issue #4: This is the BIG ONE. I just found out (as I was getting ready to sell this car 6 years later, and ran a CarFax) that this car was in an accident before I bought it, and it was NEVER DISCLOSED to me. Not a small accident either. It was "moderate damage" to the front bumper, front side, and roof. I looked at the purchase agreement paperwork, that was still in the original dealership envelope, and nope...no disclosure form (and I know they didn't tell me), So I went back to the dealership last week, and asked to speak to a manager. I explained my car is now worth less money, because of the accident, and asked what they would do to make this right. Not surprisingly, they offered several excuses ("CarFax might not have been updated at time", then "you got a great price on the car", and finally, my favorite, "we're under new management", which I'm pretty sure isn't true, and definitely sure it shouldn't matter), but at the end of the day they made no effort or offers to remedy the situation. Friendly, knowledgeable sales. They make things "Right". Found Rav4 in the color I wanted at a great price. Adam and Justin (3 days on the job) were great. They make things "Right". Found Rav4 in the color I wanted at a great price. Adam and Justin (3 days on the job) were great. More
We were pleasantly surprised with the experience. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and this was one of our best experiences. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and this was one of our best experiences. More
1. Low selection. 2. Price gouging (i.e recent "used" vehicles cast like new. 3. I applied for a job there and interviewed and never heard back from them, after I leased 2 vehicles there. 4. At 20,000 vehicles cast like new. 3. I applied for a job there and interviewed and never heard back from them, after I leased 2 vehicles there. 4. At 20,000 service, claimed we'd have to replace tires soon. Laughable. More
