Thank you Matt for your response, however responding publicly does not change the fact that still no one has called me to address the issue. Your techs did damage to my vehicle. I had detailed my engine just months before they spilled oil all over the top of my engine. It was a significant amount like cups not ounces. I still will not recommend your dealership. How can you respond to a review that saying that you would address the issue and then still continue to deliver poor customer service.
