Went to the dealership on EASTER as the promotion mailed all over the area was for 3 days only; April 6,7,8??!! I was going to call first, but since 'the match your number and win' all sorts of prize all over the area was for 3 days only; April 6,7,8??!! I was going to call first, but since 'the match your number and win' all sorts of prizes was valid for the 3 days and today was the last, I drove the 10 miles only to discover that they were CLOSED? Did no one realize that the 8th was Easter and all the Dealerships were closed??? Guess I do not need to consider purchasing from them as this just adds to all the negative feedback from very unhappy customers! Oh, I did call Friday and asked if I could give them my 6 digit number over the phone to determine if I was a winner of at least a $5 Target Credit. I was told of course that I must come in although nothing on the material indicates that it's a requirement. Think he could have mentioned no to come in on Sunday?? NOPE! More
Old school customer is an idiot mentality. Hose you in service, condescending try to lure you into repairs that are not required and over priced.. Customers are seen as prey. Pretty bad culture. I tried buying a car there and it is the old " I need to get my manger to come twist your arm" 80's style dealership. More
This dealership acts in a disreputable manner. They use sleazy tactics and do their best to take advantage of people. Theydon't live up to the promise of Toyota and in my opinion are the worst of the many sleazy tactics and do their best to take advantage of people. Total Rip-off! Bring your car in for a little service problem and they upsell you on everything. Brought our Sequoia in for a noise while breaking. Cost $1,100 of upsell service. They even charged 2 hou problem and they upsell you on everything. Brought our Sequoia in for a noise while breaking. Cost $1,100 of upsell service. They even charged 2 hours of labor to look at the brakes - no trouble found! Problem still exists. This is not the first time we have been subjected to their "Up Sell" tactics - EVERY TIME WE BRING OUR CAR IN! Fortunatley I will never use them again. More
This dealorship s duplicitous. They overcharge for the vehicle, then they quote you one price and change the price in the contract. If you choose to go the this dealorship make sure you read the contract vehicle, then they quote you one price and change the price in the contract. If you choose to go the this dealorship make sure you read the contract thoroughly. They added in so many fees in addition to doc fees, taxes and maitenance . Don't be fooled by their niceness. Go to another Toyota dealorship. More
this dealership is so so bad please do not go here. they don't give the best deal in town either! i went to several dealerships and this one seemed great at first but in the end they lied and tried to make don't give the best deal in town either! i went to several dealerships and this one seemed great at first but in the end they lied and tried to make me pay for a car i had never even seen! drive around the block on some smooth roads that dont give a true idea of the car either. finance will upsell the warranty at 3 times the value...just watch if you dont believe me, and then they dont put the price you paid in the contract they adjust all the other numbers! then if you change your mind on the warranty and try to get a refund the pirce isnt accurate. TRUST ME go to camelback toyota they are so much better. More

The new SUV was for her and the whole buying experiece was completely negative. Right Toyota lost a customer who has many more years left of car buying. There is a very good chance that Toyota Corporation lost a good customer. It was all over this terrible buying experience. I will never go back, that's for sure. We are now looking at other makes and models. More
What started out as a good experience turned into a nightmare but ended up being resolved very professionally by the general manager. I am very grateful that the general manager is a decent man and nightmare but ended up being resolved very professionally by the general manager. I am very grateful that the general manager is a decent man and was very willing to fix the mess that his employees made. Our original salesman, used car director and general manager are very decent men and I would be willing to work with them again. But the finance guys were dishonest and very unprofessional. And another manager ("second in command") completely let the ball drop...leaving both of us (the customer and his fellow co-workers) in a bind. So, in short, there are some good people there but you have to search them out. More
Back in 2008 I went into this dealership hoping to purchase a newer car because my 2007 Yaris already had 55k miles on it. I was hoping to limit how much I went up in payment, so I told them if they purchase a newer car because my 2007 Yaris already had 55k miles on it. I was hoping to limit how much I went up in payment, so I told them if they could give me the right price I was wanting to buy a car that day. They showed me a 2009 Toyota Corolla S, I test drove it and fell in love with it. We went back into the office to figure out payments and they eventually suggested leasing because they couldn't get payments low enough for me on a loan. It was my first time leasing, so I was hesitant, especially when they told me there were no mileage restrictions. We asked more than once and were assured that there were NO mileage restrictions. Sounds too good to be true on a lease, doesn't it??? Read ahead... Skip ahead 2 years later when I'm trying to get into a different car and find out that the lessor tacks a huge payment onto the end of lease AND that there WERE, in fact, mileage restrictions. I learned that the lump sum at the end is common for leases, but did they tell me that? No, even though they knew I wanted to lease to buy. Also, luckily I hadn't hit 66k miles yet or I would've been subject to $.15/mile. They also waived GAP coverage on my lease without me knowing it. I decided to file a complaint against Right with the BBB, after which Mike Winter contacted me to "apologize" and ask if there was any way he could make it right. I've since moved away from AZ, so he offered to try and run some numbers on Priuses since they have incentives right now and see about shipping me a car if the numbers worked out. I thought 'wow, if that works out that'll be a really nice way to mend the situation.' Well guess what?? HE NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK! I left him a voicemail and STILL got no call back. How absolutely horrid and shady their business practices and customer service skills are. DO NOT shop at this dealership. I wouldn't trust a person there and you'll only get SCREWED. More
I brought my vehicle in several times to the service department while still under warranty for the same thing for nearly two years, they kept giving me excuses. Once my warranty expired - all of a sudde department while still under warranty for the same thing for nearly two years, they kept giving me excuses. Once my warranty expired - all of a sudden - they knew exactly what it was and it would cost me $1600!! They claimed they never spoke to me about the problem even though I brought it in at least 5 times in the last two years. They claim they document the reason for visit - be careful and make sure you document every complaint and every visit to their service deparment!! They have never documented any of my vehicle concerns but ONE. Don't let them write anything down - make sure it is in the computer and you get a COMPUTER print out stating everything they were supposed to do or check during the visit- they are LIARS!!!! On another occassion they claimed they changed my oil, when I brought it home it was leaking so I took it to a different business the next day - the oil pan was severely damaged and leaking oil everywhere. They told me they were suprised that Toyota service department didn't think to mention this to me! In addition to the oil pan damage, Toyota returned the car to me and now my driver's side door would not lock! I don't know how they managed this. I will never trust these people. More
