My wife and I went into the dealership for the purpose of trying to determine what type of truck we like. We had already test driven a Dodge and a Ford. We had no intention of buying and we explained this to Eddie; our plan was to take our 2003 Envoy to Arkansas for our kids and buy a truck out there. He was still very gracious in showing us the various models, especially a new 2011 Tundra that was still on the lot. He spent a lot of time with us, knowing that our intention was not to buy a truck from Right Toyota. All the same, he gave us a variety of pricing options and continued to work with another excellent member of the staff named Fabio. In the end, they worked out a deal to get us a great price on the truck and take care of transporting our vehicle to Arkansas for us....it was a definite win-win for me. They even evaluated the options of us buying the truck and using the Toyota lease program. I have never leased a vehicle before, but the way it was explained to us, made it the most attractive option. Thank you for having a people like Eddie and Fabio on your staff, but you should be especially commended for having Eddie Himes as a member of your team. He was a great help to us and in my view is a great asset to your organization. I hope we can do business again with him and Right Toyota in the future. More

The last car I purchased was from Right Toyota, and Johnson was the sales rep. He overcharged me $1,000 for a security system that wasn't installed, had to get Nat'l Rep involved to get my $ back from Johnson was the sales rep. I left Right Toyota and Toyota after buying Toyota for 20 years because of him, and went to Discover Hyundai to buy a Sonata last year (Johnson was not yet at Discover), had a great experience, but I can't deal with Earnhardt Hyundai in the future as long as he works there. If he approaches you on the sales floor, run away ... either find another sales rep, or another dealer... be afraid, very afraid -- he lies, lies, lies. He provided me with excellent information about the car and accompanied me on a test drive. His attitude was very enthusiastic and positive about the car without being high pressure. He was very patient with my many questions and provided excellent options in terms of financing. He was a lot of fun to work with and I truly appreciated his help and patience as I was feeling quite vulnerable as the result of a recent car accident. My overall experience made me want to return to this dealership should I choose to purchase a Toyota vehicle again. More

I realize that some of this is my fault for not looking at the details more specifically but Right Toyota totally screwed us. I have a corporate discount and was to receive a car at least 6k less than the at the details more specifically but Right Toyota totally screwed us. I have a corporate discount and was to receive a car at least 6k less than the listing price. The listing price was 34k. The manager never told us what our trade in value was nor did they tell us exactly the monthly payments, they also didnt tell us what the car price was actually for. It wasn't until after we signed everything and they came back a few days later saying the terms were changed because of our debt to income ratio and we had to come back in and sign new documents. We began to question everything. Come to find out they didnt even offer us the corporate discount that i went there for in the first place. they charged us 35k for the car, and then i was upside down in my car by 8k. We told them that we would bring the car back and want our two cars back. after being yanked around a few times, we finally got a hold of the finance director who said that he would call us back in 10 minutes as he did not know why the original contract did not go through. 3 hours later still no call, we called and called and called. come to find out they pushed the original contract that we signed thru and told us that our cars are no longer on the lot. The finance manager was rude to my wife and told her that she has no experience with car buying and doesn't know what she is talking about. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I shopped all over the Phoenix metro area for a new 2012 Toyota Camry, because I relly love the new design. I was very surprised to find Right Toyota rated here so badly, because I thought the way they tre Toyota Camry, because I relly love the new design. I have done a ton of research on the 2012 Toyota Camry, because I have waited over a year for the new model to come out. Right Toyota beat every other dealers price by nearly $500.00. I own my own business so I am extremely busy and did not have a large amount of time to spend at a dealership. Due to my time constraint, I asked to speak to a sales manager immediately when I called. The receptionst hooked me right up to someone who could actually make the decison to sell me a car, and had control of the price. (THIS IS RARE!) We agreed to a price over the phone, I had my own funds. I arrived at the dealer, saw the finance man who printed my paperwork and I was out of there in a little over an hour. I have no complaints, they were excellent. More
